Algarve has two of the best water parks in Europe
Warmth, holidays, family travel with kids to entertain: a setting that demands a day of fun in one of Europes finest water parks. And those who say these are the places that offer the most amazing water fun experiences are the visitors themselves.
The following ranking was prepared by the TripAdvisor platform as part of its annual “Travelers Choice” initiative, which results from thousands of reviews and comments left by those who visited these parks. From Bulgaria to Portugal, through Greece or England, discover incredible venues for water revelers.
Tripadvisor Based on the quality and quantity of comments and feedback left by the public on this search engine, the Tripadvisor The water park received for the second time the 1st position in the ranking of theme parks in Portugal, ranking 7th in the top international tourism portal. The highlight comes from the Travelers Choice Awards.
The first position was occupied by Siam Park in Adeje, Spain. This is followed by Aquapark Istralandia in Novigard, Croatia, in second and Etnaland in Belpassode, Italy won third place.
The first Portuguese on the list is Slide & Splash , in Lagoa, Algarve. It is one of the oldest water parks in the country - opened in June 1986 - and ranks ninth on the list. Algarve recovers in 20th place with Aquashow Park in Quarteira
